Part I : Understanding of new knowledge points from class notes
Definitions of "discrimination" and "racism". In the past, learning and understanding from the perspective of jurisprudence has been transferred to theoretical, organized, subdivided, logical, and complete exploratory discussions.
A basic description and extension of "discrimination"
The basic description of "discrimination" is the prejudice of dwarfing. It is relatively easy to further arouse feelings of hatred from this. With this element of hatred, it becomes "racial hatred" and the implementation of general "hatred" will violate the law (civil law in light cases, criminal law in severe cases) and constitutes a crime.
Two, the theoretical division of discrimination:
In theory, it can be divided into: species discrimination, taste discrimination, statistical discrimination, racial discrimination, etc.
Third: The relationship between race and nation:
If there is discrimination between countries, the problems will be more serious and the impact will be more extensive.
Using other countries' forces to oppose one's own country (clan) will not have good results.
Searching for problems in your own country (ethnic group) and seeking attacks from other countries is more likely to cause discrimination against your own country (ethnic group), including yourself. Fourth, preventive measures to deal with racial discrimination (suggestions):
a. Maintain and display the beautiful side of the nation, excellent culture, fine traditions, good customs, etc.
b. Don't criticize your own national culture and customs too much.
c. Immediately stop and call the police in public places such as work and study.
d Improve your language skills. Sometimes this discrimination is often expressed only because of language.

第一部分:课堂笔记对新知识点的理解
「歧視」與「種族歧視」的定義。在以往從法理角度上學習和了解转入了从理論上.条理化、细分化、邏辑性、完整性做了探索性讨论。
一「歧视」的基本描述與延伸
「歧視」基本的描述就是矮化的偏見。由此进一步的引發仇恨的情緒是比较容易的。有了這个仇恨的因素就横成了「種族仇恨」一般「仇恨」的實施會觸犯法律(轻则觸及民事法，重则觸及刑事法)構成犯罪。
二、歧視的理論划分:
理論上可以劃分為:物種歧視、品味歧視、統計歧視、種族歧視,等等
三、種族與國家的關係:
国家间如果產生歧视其引發的問题會更加嚴重,波及會更加廣泛。
利用別國势力來反對本國(族)的果都不會好。
搜尋本國(族)的問题向別國诉求攻擊，更易引發別國對本國(族)的歧視，包括你自己。四,應對種族歧視的防範措施(建議):
1、維護和展示本民族美好的一面優秀的文化、優良的傳統、良好的習俗等。
2不要過多非議自己的民族文化、習俗等。
3、在工作、學習等公開場合,要立即制止、報警。
4提高自身的語言表達能力。有時這種歧視往往只因語言表逹。
四、讨论。
1、反思排華法案100遇年。前事之思,後世之鉴。
2、今天麃注意了解和注意的。
